Prior to opening his own law office, Bryan spent nearly five years as an
attorney at Stowell & Friedman, Ltd., one of Chicago's largest
employment discrimination and class action firms. Before that, Bryan
worked in Seyfarth Shaw's Labor & Employment Group. There he spent
nearly four years representing employers ranging from small, privately
held businesses to large, publicly traded Fortune 500 companies in various
types of employment matters.

Presently, Bryan also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Chicago-Kent
College of Law and volunteers at the Pro Se Help Desk of the U.S.
District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
Bryan is involved in the National Employment Lawyers Association
("NELA") and its local affiliate, NELA-Illinois. He is a member of
NELA-Illinois's Board and co-chairs its Practice Assistance Committee.
Bryan also serves as the Technology Liaison for NELA's Class &
Collective Action Committee and participated on NELA's Hidden Bias
Task Force.
Bryan was one of a handful of private attorneys selected to attend the
Impact Fund's Class Action Training Institute in Los Angeles in December
2007. In 2008, Bryan spoke at NELA's Seventh Annual Seventh Circuit
Conference, the Impact Fund's Annual Conference on Title VII Class
Actions and NELA's Annual Convention. In 2009, Bryan spoke at
Chicago Bar Association committee meetings on Supreme Court
developments and underutilized employment claims in Illinois. In 2010,
Bryan will moderate panels at NELA's Ninth Annual Seventh Circuit
Conference on discovery motion practice and electronic discovery.
